Lilly Benitez here, the Founder and Director of Blade Craft Barber Academy and now also reality show protagonist! Yours truly got to be a judge on, get this, a reality show on entrepreneurship put together by none other than Western Bergmann! That's right! The Real World, The Challenge, you name it, this guy actually has entrepreneurship as one of his superpowers!

The Blox is a show that is putting together 60 different powerhouses. They're all competing to win! Myself and five other judges had to go through a rigorous process to be able to come up with who is the best and who's gonna win The Blox.

A lot of the key components that were being taught are going to be so helpful for salon owners and storefront owners. If you own a business or you're inspired to potentially create your own company, The Blox is for you.

Trying to put to words all of the different skills that you're going to be able to obtain by watching this show is really hard! Any of my graduates, any current Barber, school students, any, again, anybody that's providing not only personal services, but if you're any business whatsoever, you need to tune in to The Blox.
